PARTS and SERVICE special procedures

COVID-19

As the world reacts to the spread of Coronavirus, we want to let you know that special measures have been taken to keep our employees and our customers safe.

EFFECTIVE NOW

 

Please note that an appointment must be made before any visit to Transit; feel free to contact us.

All access doors to the building will now be locked.

 

 

PROCEDURES TO FOLLOW for all transactions with the PARTS and SERVICE departments:

 

PARTS

All customers must contact us before showing up to complete their order.

  1. The customer must contact us at 514-382-0104, followed by option 3, to complete the transaction and payment. (Only payments made to accounts or by credit cards will be accepted.)
  2. Once the transaction is completed and paid, the customer can come to our offices to pick up the order.
  3. When arriving at our offices, the customer must contact us from his vehicle, at the same number.
  4. We will tell him how to pick up the parts.

 

SERVICE

All customers should contact us by phone when they show up at Transit.

  1. The client must contact us at 514-382-0104, followed by option 2, and report their presence.
  2. No customer can wait inside the building during the repair of their vehicle.
  3. A technical advisor will join the customer outside and take the information necessary for the transaction.
  4. Only payments made to accounts or by credit cards will be accepted.
  5. To repossess a vehicle, the customer must contact the service department on arrival, at the same number, to complete the transaction. (Only one customer at a time can enter the after-sales service department.)
